Spring International Education Foundation (SIEF) specializes in cultural and educational programs in China and in the United States. Our mission is to provide the highest quality educational experiences to U.S. students, educators, and professionals in China as well as to Chinese students, educators, and professionals in the U.S. SIEF is committed to setting high programmatic standards in all aspects of its study abroad, teaching abroad, intern abroad programs, in addition to providing excellent educator seminars in China, and bilateral programs between American and Chinese professionals.

Our diverse program models will allow participants, whether high school or college students, university professors or administrators, visiting scholars or trainees, professionals or people from the community, to experience a new culture, to gain educational and professional knowledge and to promote understanding and friendship.
